Yes this is a term.  

We learned it from our host at a great tasting room / wine shop in downtown Napa.  Short story we visited Palmaz at the recommendation of many friends (loved it, maybe more later) and our host told us about this guy Julien Fayard - and we checked out his tasting room the very next day.  

Julien is a pretty accomplished winemaker and this shop demonstrates much diversity.  We bought some more expensive wine - but how could we pass up a $30 dollar bottle of low-alcohol sunshine?

Light, delicious, and apparently - good to pound on a porch!
